Accessing Your Account

The first thing you will need to do is set your password and log into your subscription. You should have received a welcome email for your new subscription(s) with a link to activate your subscription. If you do not see the email, please check your spam. If you are unable to locate your welcome email, you can set your initial password by visiting truelearn.net and clicking the “Forgot your Password” button. Be sure to enter the email address used when you purchased your subscription or your institution set you up with. Once your password has been reset, login to your account and you can begin using your new subscription.
