Why was I charged $50?

Customers who signed up for multi-year courses prior to February 14, 2023, are on our old payment structure, through which the majority of the cost of the course was paid at the time of purchase, and the remaining balance at 12-month intervals until the course has been paid in full.  

The $50 charge is not an extra charge or an auto-renewal charge.  This payment is applied to your unpaid balance.

How can I remove the hold on my account?

An account will be placed on hold when a payment fails to process.  This can either be an initial payment that did not go through or an installment payment that was unable to be processed on the card saved to the account.  

To remove the hold on your account, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Login at www.apexanesthesia.com.
  2. Access your account page by clicking the gear icon on the upper right side of the screen.
  3. Verify that the address listed in your account matches the billing address for your credit card. If you need to update your information, click the “Update Info” button after adding the new information.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click “View/Update Credit Card.”
  5. Delete your current payment method.
  6. Click “Add Payment Method.”
  7. When your new card has been added, click the button to process your payment to complete submitting the payment. 

Your course should reactivate immediately once payment has been submitted.
