Logging into your APEX Anesthesia account.
- Click here to log into your account or navigate to apexanesthesia.com and select “Log In” on the top right-hand side.
- Enter your username and password and select “Continue”. If you need to reset your password, select the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions.
- Once logged in, you will be brought to the “My Courses” page. The “My Courses” page will list any course that is currently available to you.
Account and Subscription Details
- To access the “My Account” page, select the gear icon in the top right corner of your page
- From the My Account page you can do the following:
- Change/Update your password
- Change/Update your name, email, and address
- Add your AANA number
- View your subscriptions and subscription expiration date
- If your account is on hold you will also be able to update your credit card information and proceed to payment if needed
Help Center
To access the Help Center, select the question mark icon on the top right corner.
Updates
To access course update notifications, select the bell icon in the top right corner.
As courses are updated, you will be able to find any course updates and key details outlined here.
My Courses

- From within the “My Courses” courses page, this will list all of the courses currently available to you.
- To access your course, you may click on either the course icon or the course title to proceed.
Progress Report

- When you navigate to the progress report tab you will see the number of questions you have answered this week, the number of questions you have answered all time, as well as accuracy for the last 100 questions you took and all time.
- The graph shows you your weekly progress over time (across all weeks). If you hover over the graph, it will show you your accuracy data for that point in time.
- Next you will see a list of all courses you are registered for. If you select the down arrow on the far right side, you can see expanded details on your performance compared to the national average. “My Score” will appear in green if you are scoring above the national average and in red if you are scoring below the national average.
- If you are a CRNA, you can print your CE certificates from this page.
CE Transcript

This is where you can run a report and view any of the CE Class A credits you have earned. This can be submitted directly to the NBCRNA or to your employer. There are additional reporting options outlined within the CRNA Reports section of this guide if you need additional resources.
