How can I see when my course access will end?

You can view your course expiration date on your Account page.

You can also access this page by clicking the white gear symbol that will display in the header portion of your APEX account.

At the bottom of this page under “Subscriptions”, you will see your course(s) and expiration date(s).

How can I extend my course?

When there are 30 days or less remaining on your course, you may request an extension through your My Account page if you have not yet completed your course to earn your credits.  You can also access this page by clicking the white gear symbol that will display in the header portion of your APEX account.

Scroll down below the “Your Subscription” section, and click “Request 90 day extension”.  Your course expiration date will update automatically once completed.
