Why is my account on hold?
If you enrolled in your course(s) before February 14, 2023, then you’re on our old pricing structure.
What it means to be on our old pricing structure:
- All course subscriptions purchased before February 14, 2023, that last longer than 1 year are paid in yearly installments.
- You paid for part of the course when you enrolled and then pay the remaining balance at 12-month intervals until you pay the total course cost.
- The $50 charge is NOT an “extra” charge – it’s applied towards your unpaid balance for the total course cost.
- If we cannot process your balance payment, your account will be automatically placed on hold.
- We do NOT process automatic renewals after you have paid the total course cost in full.
