Changing your Password 

To change your password, please follow these steps: 

  1. Once logged into your APEX account, navigate to your account page by clicking the gear icon on the top right hand side of the page or click here
  2. From the My Account page, under “Change Password” type in your new password
  3. Select “Update Password” 

Forgot Password/Resetting your Password: 

To reset your password, please follow these steps: 

  1. Click here to log into your account or navigate to apexanesthesia.com and select “Log In” on the top right hand side. 
  2. Once on the login screen, select “Forgot password?” at the bottom of the screen.

  1. You will be prompted to enter the email address used to create your account. 
  2. Enter the email address and select “Continue.”
  3. Select a method to receive the password reset verification code and link (Email or Phone), and click “Send.”
  4. Check your email for the password verification email from noreply2@truelearn.com (TrueLearn is the parent company of APEX).
  5. Follow the instructions in the password reset email and reset your password.
    • New passwords must meet all of the following requirements:
      • At least 6 characters
      • A lowercase character 
      • An Uppercase character 
      • A number 
      • A special character
